Chris accepts a limited number of painting commissions each year. Whether it's a portrait of your furry loved one, a wall mural for your company showroom or a custom painting to celebrate your special birthday, Chris has worked on creating unique art pieces for a variety of different clients around the world. Each project varies; sometimes clients will come with a set idea in mind either based off one of Chris's paintings or something completely new. Other times, they may ask Chris to come up with ideas on his own.
Please note that Chris will not directly reproduce something that he has already painted before nor will he directly plagiarise another person's work. Chris will only accept commissions if he has a strong connection and feels he can add something truly special to the project. Depending on his current work schedule, please allow anywhere between 2 - 6 weeks for each project. For further details and to check availability, please contact Chris at: email@example.com
Some of Chris's projects
Clea wanted something ethereal and peaceful for her bedroom that incorporated her love of Chris's signature birds, flowers and butterflies.
Elephant Parade asked Chris to create 2 special elephants for their upcoming parades in the UK and USA. Kiku was the first one, inspired by his first trip to Japan. The elephant statues are exhibited around the world to raise awareness and funds to support Asian elephant conservation,.
Top: Papyrus commissioned Chris to create a wall mural for their creative headquarters in Fairfield, California. The original artwork was painted in Chris's studio then printed out in full size on site.
Right: The brief for this wallpaper was black & white tropical with monkeys.
"Chris created this beautiful painting of our Ruby. Ruby is very special to us and Chris managed to capture Ruby's special characteristics on this painting. We are planning to get another dog soon and we can't wait to ask Chris again to paint Ruby's new brother!"

"Our family is thrilled to have our very own original Chris Chun painting hanging pride of place in our home.
When I commissioned a portrait of our beloved Wheaten Terrier, Sparky, as a gift for my husband for Christmas, it became a gift for our whole family.
Sparky’s essence has been truly captured by Chris, the proud posture he sits in and the expression in his face. Everyone who sees it instantly says, “It’s Sparky!” and marvels at the details captured in the painting, which has woven many personal aspects of our lives into this portrait of love. The piece transcends its two-dimensional state, as it radiates a powerful and emotionally moving force.
Our 4 year old son has repeatedly told me that when he is grown up he will move into his own house with Sparky, and now that is a possibility, as we will be able to cherish our Sparky for many more years than he will be able to grace us with his presence on Earth. Thank you Chris, for this treasure that we will enjoy for many years."
