Postage and Delivery
Postage Charge is calculated at checkout.
All teaware in packaged in beautiful giftbox with foam insert so there is no need for additional packaging. For individual items, it will be sent in padded mailer. For more than 1 item, a box will be used.
Everything is shipped with registered mail and/ or courier which can be tracked.
All framed prints require signature upon delivery.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives faulty, please contact us within 2 days of the receipt of goods and we will advise you how to proceed. We will happily arrange for a replacement once the items have been returned to us.
