1. How can we work with you if you're based in Sydney?

We work on a regular basis with clients overseas with no problems at all. With email, Internet, telephone, video conferencing, fax and couriers, the world really is a very small place!
The main factor to consider is only the time difference between Australia and where you are based.

2. What makes us different?

We specialise in product development working closely with the licensee to ensure the best possible result for their target audience. As well as offering great design, we can offer creative solutions with packaging, styling and marketing. The principal Chris Chun has over 15 years international experience creating best selling designs for the UK/ Europe, US/ Canada, Asia and Australia.

3. If we see something in your portfolio, are you able to show us how it will look on our products?

Definitely. Not only can we show you how a design can look on your product but also we can develop colourways, co-ordinating designs and create a whole collection based on one or several designs.

4. Can we brief you to create some new ideas and concepts specifically for us?

We can provide direction for new trends/ colour ideas for your market, as well as generating completely new ideas specifically for you.

5. How long does it normally take for you to produce finished artwork?

A collection generally takes anywhere from 4-6 weeks to complete depending on our current schedule and the style of work.

From the initial briefing, it will take 2 weeks for us to develop concepts and get them sent to you. Once approved, it will take another 2-3 weeks for finished artwork.

6. How can you deliver the work to us?

We generally send all finished artwork to clients with FedEx/ DHL. This only takes 1-2 days delivery max. The artwork can be supplied on CD in any format with printouts.

7. How often do you travel overseas to the US and Europe?

We generally travel around the world at least 2-3 times a year including showing at Surtex in May. When necessary, we can make additional trips to see clients.
