brief history

chris is an artist and award winning designer who has worked, travelled and eaten his way around the world with an appetite for fun, adventure and great food.

chris was born in melbourne and has literally grown up around food. his parents were both chefs who established a couple of successful fine dining restaurants.

since graduating from rmit in 1991, he has had over 12 years experience working as a textile designer & stylist in the uk, italy and australia.

chris is a full time artist whose subject matter is primarily food. he loves to cook.

he had a brief stint working as a chef in london and recently designed the winter degustation menu for lauralla's grapevine restaurant in mudgee, nsw.
